Another 10 min goes by still NOT here. I call back and another kid answers and says its getting out of the oven now? Like WTH?
Now I am very patient and I understand it gets busy but you have to TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS whats going on & when you have messed up their order, offer them some type of freebie for YOUR MISTAKE! A brownie, a breadstick, something.
I will be writing to corporate as by previous reviews this is a reoccurring issue.
